Please allow me to introduce you to (drum roll please)..... Mugwort! Mugwort might just be the herb that every single women needs to have on hand.
Mugwort is an ancient plant that has been used for thousands of years and is known as one of the best herbs to use for balancing your menstrual cycle; both for relieving menstrual cramps and helping to regulate your periods. Mugwort stimulates blood flow to your reproductive organs and helps relax your uterus. And trust me, a relaxed uterus is a much happier uterus. So if you suffer from not having a period, or having irregular periods/painful periods, mug wort is for you!
Mugwort, also called Artemisia Vulgarisis, is named after the Greek Goddess Artemis. Artemis is the Goddes of the Moon. The moon is associated with deep feminine energy, the dreamtime state, and ancient wisdom. Therefore, Mugwort is also known to help promote vivid and lucid dreams as this herb is deeply connected to the moon. So cool right? We love this witchy little herb!
